Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was 16 years old. When she was 17, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. In just one year she earned her pro card when she was 17. Thus becoming the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was required to take the time off from stage work after she received her Pro card to complete college. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles were added to her list. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was on a break for a while following her professional card's issuance to get her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three month later and was crowned sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with her result. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over row on the machine that use single arm pull downs with lats. The first step is warming up and then moves on to working out. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
