Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen comes from St. Louis Missouri. She is known for playing Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as a singer in the rock band The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's songs have been featured in films and television shows like How to Be Single Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen was born on July 26 1993. She is the younger sibling of Sloane Momsen who is also an actress. She studied dance in the Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis. She began acting professionally aged three in a 1997 national commercial for Shake and Bake. Momsen's acting career came to abruptly stop in the span that lasted three years. Momsen was then offered the role as the main role in the film Misconceptions in the series Misconceptions on WB. In addition, at the time Momsen appeared in the movie Saving Shiloh. In addition, Momsen was a candidate to play the lead role in Hannah Montana. She was one of the top three but Miley was chosen to play the lead role.
