Luke Grimes is an American musician and actor who is a regular in popular movies and TV shows such as American Sniper Fifty Shades of Grey and Yellowstone. He is known both for his unique and charismatic appearances, but also for his love for music. Luke Timothy Grimes, an American actor. His most famous roles include the critically acclaimed American Sniper, the Fifty Shades of Grey series, as well as Yellowstone (2018). Grimes was the son of a Pentecostal pastors in Dayton Ohio. Grimes attended Dayton Christian High School from 2002 to 2003. Luke Timothy Grimes was born on January 21 1984, in Dayton Ohio U.S. Randy Grimes, a Pentecostal minister and Angie Barker are his parents. Luke Grimes comes from a trio of parents: Racheal Grimes (his sister), Abby Grimes (her brother), and Seth Grimes. A strict and religious family, he attended Dayton Christian High School. After graduation from high school in 2002 Luke relocated to New York City to pursue his dream of being an actor. Two years of formal training as an actor was completed at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. In order to develop his musical abilities the singer was also a part of his studies. He also studied playing guitar.
