Luke Timothy Grimes was born on January 21 1984, in Dayton Ohio U.S. He is the child of Randy Grimes a Pentecostal pastor and Angie Barker. Luke Grimes' siblings are Racheal, Abby and Seth. He grew up in a religious and conservative family and attended Dayton Christian High School. When he graduated from high school, in 2002 Luke relocated from Dayton to New York City to pursue his goal of becoming an actor. The American Academy of Dramatic Arts was where Luke enrolled over two years. To enhance his musical ability, he also studied guitar and sang.
