Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw, also known as Elizabeth Alice MacGraw, is an American writer and designer who has won numerous awards for her work. She has been a vocal advocate for animal rights. Her movies include Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) and The Getaway ( 1972). The Getaway was released in 1972. New York, she was born into an artistic family. Her first position was a photo assistant. Then she moved on to modeling and acting. Her first two movies, she was recognized and won the Golden Globe Award as Most promising young actress. MacGraw became an international celebrity after her movie Love Story, which earned an Academy Award nomination as well as a Golden Globe. In just three years, she had been voted as the number one female box-office participant in the entire world. In 1972, the Grauman's Chinese Theater recorded her signature with handprints, foot prints and handprints in the year 1972. Other credits include The Getaway Convoy Players, television miniseries The Winds of War and other. The autobiography of MacGraw Moving Pictures was published in 1991. MacGraw's been married three different times.
